Make sure you've completed the following steps before creating your first campaign:

  2. Identity verification — Upload your official ID document
  3. Bank details — Add the IBAN where funds will be transferred

Campaign Wizard

Donation Center's campaign wizard guides you through 4 easy steps.

Step 1: Basic Information

Set up the framework for your campaign:

  • Title: Should be short, compelling, and clear (max 80 characters)
  • Short Description: Summarize your campaign in one sentence (max 160 characters)
  • Category: Education, health, environment, animals, emergency aid, etc.
  • Location: Your campaign's target region

Step 2: Detailed Description

A good campaign description should include:

  • Your Story: Why are you starting this campaign?
  • Purpose: What will the collected funds be used for?
  • Impact: How will the donors' contributions make a difference?
  • Transparency: A budget plan showing fund distribution

Tip: Campaigns with emotional, authentic storytelling raise an average of 60% more.

Step 3: Media

Visual content directly impacts your campaign's success:

  • Cover Image: 1200x630px, high quality
  • Gallery: We recommend adding at least 3-5 additional images
  • Video: We strongly recommend adding a 2-3 minute introductory video

Step 4: Goal and Funding

  • Goal Amount: Set a realistic, calculated goal
  • Duration: 30-day campaigns have the highest success rate
  • Funding Model: "Flexible Funding" is recommended for first campaigns
  • Rewards (optional): Set rewards for different donation tiers
