How to Donate

Making a donation through Donation Center is secure and easy.

Step 1: Choose a Campaign

Find a campaign you want to support from the Discover page or by searching. On the campaign detail page, you can see the goal amount, amount raised, and updates.

Step 2: Set the Donation Amount

Enter the amount you'd like to donate or choose from suggested amounts. Some campaigns also offer reward-based donation options.

Step 3: Make Payment

Complete your payment with a credit card, debit card, or cryptocurrency. All payments are encrypted with 256-bit SSL.

Donation Types

One-Time Donation

Support a specific campaign with a single contribution. You choose the amount.

Recurring Donation

Set up automatic monthly or weekly donations. Cancel anytime.

Anonymous Donation

Donate while keeping your identity private. The campaign creator and other users won't see your name.

How Do I Track My Donations?

Log in to your account and go to Dashboard > My Donations to:

• View a list of all your donations
• Check the status of each donation
• Download donation receipts
• Follow updates from campaigns you've supported

Donation Refunds

Donations are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may apply in the following cases:

• Campaign is cancelled
• "All or Nothing" model where the goal isn't reached
• Fraud is detected

What is the minimum donation amount?

The minimum donation amount is 10 TL.

Is my donation tax-deductible?

You can receive a tax receipt for donations made to approved NGOs. We recommend consulting your accountant for details.

Can I donate to multiple campaigns?

Yes, you can donate to as many campaigns as you'd like.
