As Donation Center Teknoloji A.Ş., we process your personal data as the data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") for the purposes explained below.

in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Your personal data is collected through the website, mobile application, and communication channels via automated and non-automated methods.

  • Explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1)
  • Establishment and performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c)
  • Legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç)
  • Legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f)

Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

  1. To learn whether your personal data has been processed
  2. To request information about the processing of your personal data
  3. To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with that purpose
  4. To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad
  5. To request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
  6. To request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
  7. To request notification of correction and deletion operations to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred
  8. To object to any result against you arising from analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems
  9. To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your personal data
