These Terms of Service govern the use of the Donation Center platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Definitions

• Platform: Donation Center website and mobile application
• User: All individuals and legal entities using the Platform
• Donor: Users who make donations through the Platform
• Campaign Owner: Users who create campaigns on the Platform

3. Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for the security of your account
• Each user may only create one account

4. Campaign Rules

• Campaigns must comply with all applicable laws
• Campaigns containing misleading information are prohibited
• The Platform reserves the right to reject campaigns it deems inappropriate
• Campaign owners are obligated to use collected funds for the stated purpose

5. Donation Policy

• Donations are voluntary, non-refundable gifts
• In the "All or Nothing" model, donations are refunded if the goal is not reached
• If fraud is detected, donations are refunded

6. Fees

• Platform fee: 3% of collected funds
• Payment processing fees apply separately
• Fees may be changed without prior notice

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software on the Platform belong to Donation Center. Unauthorized copying and distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is not responsible for the actions of campaign owners. Donors should conduct their own research before making donation decisions.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated without prior notice. Updates take effect upon publication.
